The coaching program outlined below has been discontinued as a group coaching program, because I am focusing my energy on serving my other group offering, Better Beyond Divorce. That program is growing rapidly, and I simply don't have the time to give to the Journey to Emotional Freedom.

A safe, private space: We'll meet on Zoom, and all calls are unrecorded. This is your space. This is your time. Get the personalized support you need to heal, grow and thrive while supporting your partner in effective, meaningful ways.
4 Sessions each Month: The day and time for weekly sessions will change each quarter to accommodate different time zones and schedules. A month in advance, the quarter's schedule will be published to your coaching dashboard. You'll have lots of opportunities to have a voice in the scheduling process. This is your program and I'm here to make it work for you.

The more informed you are, the easier it will become to make sense of what your partner says and does. Educating yourself will help you relax, stop taking things personally and make concrete plans to support your partner when they need it the most.

This Group Matters to Me, Personally.
This group coaching experience is important to me on a deeply personal level. I am one of you. My husband of 10 years struggles with depression. In fact, it was my own emotional melt down around trying to support him that brought me to coaching in the first place.
​
It was through that initial work that I found the emotional center I needed to stop taking everything so personally and love my husband without constantly trying to fix him. My first coach saved my marriage. And my sanity.
​
I am still on this journey. I am still learning, I am still growing. I am still finding, understanding and refining the delicate lines that define and connect self-governance (emotional ownership) and intimate connection. How much does my partner influence my emotional well being? How much am I responsible for my own emotions? What is my responsibility to him? How can I show up in my marriage in a way that allows us both to grow together?

As I answer these questions they come up again in new ways. It is a cycle, a journey, a constant growing and expansion of my human experience.

That's a long way of saying that I'm in this with you. I was initially shocked by the number of people who reached out for support in their relationships with partners who struggle with depression. There are so many of us! We shouldn't do this alone. Let's do it together.
